Challenge
London’s premier people transport service wanted to increase awareness of their service and boost account set ups post lockdown – and take on the increased competition from app based services.
Solution
To maximise the effect of the London locations celebratory return post lockdown we made the most of impact OOH placements and backed this up with smaller formats to get the reach (against key suburbs). We then used companies house data and overlaid this on Sky Adsmart to get a C-Suite reach TV campaign.
Outcome
Advertising awareness raised significantly but the main effect was the accounts set up beat target delivering a positive campaign ROI.
