New to market last mile grocery delivery business – needed instant awareness and app downloads (with sales!).
Used audience insight to define 3 main targets, then we used postcode by postcode mapping and audience analysis to combine outdoor, digital and door drops. The analysis extended to detailed audience delivery from outdoor, the visibility of the site and what it delivered against the postcode make up pattern.
Areas that had outdoor saw not just higher acquisition but also app usage justifying its place. The highlight was door drop performance that delivered cost per sales on par with performance digital.
